Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 93(FIN) am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House amendment to CSSB 93(FIN)? (effective date) YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Green and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(FIN) am H "An Act relating to the Arctic Winter Games Team Alaska trust; and providing for an effective date." 2001-04-25 Senate Journal Page 1256 Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
